25 years of experience and evolution in surveying

Géoterram is a Gaspesian company that has been specialising in land and technical surveying as well as geomatics since 1998. Propelled by the growing wind power industry, the company experienced an important turning point in 2005 when it won its first contract in this sector. That same year, the team also began a series of cadastral renovation commissions for the Ministère des Ressources naturelles du Québec within the territory of several municipalities in the Chaleur Bay area.

In constant expansion since its creation, Géoterram now has some fifteen employees working in the office and in the field. The company continues to brilliantly combine its experience with new technologies to offer tailor-made, efficient services.

The cutting edge of drone imaging

Arpentage Parleciel inc. is a division of Géoterram created in 2014 to conduct surveys and imagery by drone. A pioneer in the field, this company was the first to obtain a Special Air Operations Certificate compliant for all of Canada in 2017. It currently operates throughout Québec and the Maritimes.

In addition to our two surveyors, some fifteen dynamic people make up the Géoterram team in the office and in the field.

Pascal Mercier, land-surveyor

Founder of the company, Pascal holds a bachelor’s degree in geomatics from Université Laval and has been a licensed Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec surveyor since 1996. In addition to his management role, Pascal performs numerous legal and technical tasks both in the office and in the field. A leader in the surveying of wind farms, he has contributed to the completion of a dozen wind farms in various locations in Québec, in addition to acting as an expert advisor on others. Recognised for his versatility and sound advice, he quickly adapts to any type of project and is constantly looking for new challenges to meet.

Noémie Leblanc, land-surveyor

A member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec since 2015, Noémie holds a college degree in geomatics from Cégep Limoilou and a bachelor’s degree in geomatics from Université Laval. She began her career with the Géoterram team in 2008, while doing an internship as part of her college training. Since then, she has contributed to a multitude of technical and land surveying projects. Dynamic and available, Noémie is also known for her ability to listen to her clients.
